Wave 2

The Molchanovs Wave 2 Freediving Course is designed to elevate your freediving skills to the next level. In this course, you'll enhance your pre-dive preparation, improve your Frenzel equalization, and learn the fundamentals of the no-fins technique. A key focus is on initiating freefall by utilizing negative buoyancy during deeper dives, promoting more efficient oxygen use.

Pool sessions aim to extend your static breath hold to over two and a half minutes while building on the techniques acquired in the Wave 1 course. You'll also be introduced to the dynamic dolphin kick for underwater propulsion.

By completing the Wave 2 course, you’ll acquire the expertise and confidence to dive comfortably to depths of 24–30 meters in open water.

Course Inclusions:

  • Comprehensive online manual for in-depth learning

  • Two training sessions in the pool

  • Four open water diving sessions

  • Interactive theory lessons and dry workshops

  • Access to high-quality equipment and facilities

  • Liability insurance for your peace of mind

  • Globally recognized E-certification upon course completion

  • Ongoing access to Molchanovs Base Training resources
