The Molchanovs Wave 1 Freediving Course is your gateway to exploring the underwater world on a single breath. Designed for beginners, this course equips you with the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to dive confidently and independently to depths of 12–20 meters. You'll gain an understanding of the physical and physiological principles of freediving and learn essential techniques such as ear equalization, efficient finning, and proper breathing methods for before and after a dive.
Safety is a top priority, and you'll receive in-depth training on safety protocols to ensure a secure experience. A standout feature of the Molchanovs education system is the introduction of the no-fin technique in the pool. This approach allows you to practice and refine skills in a controlled environment before transitioning to open water, ensuring a smooth and comfortable learning journey.

Prerequisits
Be 16 years of age
Complete a continuous 200-meter swim in a pool without assistance.

Open Water - CWTB Buddying 6-10m
Demonstrate autonomy as a freediver and showcase proper buddying skills at depths between 6 and 10 meters.
Open Water - Rescue 6-10m
Effectively perform rescue procedures in freediving emergencies at depths ranging from 6 to 10 meters.
